Established in 2015, 101-AD is an award-winning independent architecture practice. We work with luxury retail and hospitality brands, private residential clients, and global landowners who share our ethos of environmentally conscious, enduring design-work that is crafted to last, and to be loved. 

Each project begins with its context. We listen to a site's story, its setting, and its community, and respond with quiet rigour: spaces that feel inevitable rather than imposed, and architecture that earns its place over time.

Our portfolio spans luxury retail, F&B, residential and transport and infrastructure— from intimate ateliers and restaurant interiors to private homes.
