Our response builds on Aesop’s site-specific approach, with the design shaped by context and materiality rather than repetition. The Bath store continues this philosophy, this takes the form of a lighter, more open arrangement, guided by restraint.
Interventions are minimal to allow the historic fabric define the space. Exposed ashlar stone walls re-establish the building’s character, while sculptural stone sinks extend this material language. Working within a World Heritage setting, the scheme prioritises continuity, with careful collaboration ensuring a precise realisation
