A site responsive retail interior balancing careful historic preservation with contemporary design. Structural alterations, a new staircase, and a distinctive ‘iris’ opening were integrated sensitively into the Thrale Jell a 1909 arcade, preserving listed elements while enhancing circulation and experience. 101-AD led the project from concept through to completion, navigating complex regulations and historic fabric with precision and restraint
