Every decision in the TALA space was shaped by the brand’s identity as a British, female-founded sustainable activewear company. Founded by Grace Beverly in 2019, TALA focuses on ethical production, recycled materials, and size-inclusive design, and the interior needed to reflect those values.
As a fast-moving brand with frequent product drops, flexibility became central to the concept for the Westfield White City store. Freestanding and modular displays allow the space to adapt easily between collections, while a more curated layout focuses attention on key pieces relevant to the local customer.
The store takes a showroom approach rather than a traditional retail format, reinforcing lifestyle over transaction. Lighting, music, scent, and spatial flow were considered to create an environment that feels welcoming and considered.
Sustainability also informed the material choices, flexibility, and long term use of the space. The aim was to translate TALA’s digital-first identity into a physical environment that feels reliable, adaptable, and connected to its community
